Our house caught on fire while we were out of the country, and though fortunately the burn damage was limited, there was extensive smoke and water damage. By the time we returned, Jon had secured the site, and with our adjuster, organized a plan with the other consultants. During a difficult time, Jon professionally led us through the necessary issues and questions, and soothed our concerns.
