One of my friends invited me to CFHT. I told her she was crazy and there was no way I could do anything crossfit related. I finally gave in one night, best decision ever! The people are amazing. No one new me but everyone treated me like family. The atmosphere just invites you in. The coaches are always motivating and encouraging you; they teach with a passion that's contagious. The owners Matt and Julie are simply awesome people who love what they do. If you're looking for a new challenge or change, this is the place to be!
